We strive to provide the best possible technical and product support for our customers, partners and prospects. In order to ensure that we are able to expedite your request and handle your support case in the most effective and efficient way possible we have created the following guidelines:
Contacting iDashboards Support Services
All customers that are under a current Support and Maintenance Agreement with iDashboards are entitled to online, email and phone support during regular business support hours*. Any customer under a current iDashboards Support and Maintenance Agreement is entitled to support during regular business support hours*. For your convenience support services are available online, by email and by phone. Our recommended method of contact, for most situations, is the Oskar Support Portal. For critical or time sensitive issues please contact the iDashboards Support Services team by telephone at 1.888.359.0500.
OSKAR Support Portal
Oskar, the Online Support & Knowledge Acquisition Repository, is the preferred support resource for iDashboards’ customers, partners and prospects. The Oskar Support Portal can be used to submit, review and update support tickets. Customers with a current iDashboards Support & Maintenance contract will also have access to our User Community. Oskar’s User Community section provides valuable resources including a knowledgebase, discussion groups, downloadable assets, an idea center and more.
iDashboards Support Services will respond to any ticket created using the Oskar Support Portal within 24 business support hours. To access the Oskar Support Portal please click here.
iDashboards’ customers, partners and prospects may contact iDashboards Support Services by email for assistance with support related questions and issues. iDashboards Support Services will respond to any new email inquiry or case within 24 business support hours.

Support During Evaluation
While evaluating iDashboards, companies and prospects are entitled to iDashboards Support Services during their trial period. Please contact support online using the Oskar Support Portal or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*iDashboards business support hours are Monday through Friday 08:00 – 17:00 ET, excluding US holidays.
